Recruitment Plans 2017

Earlier this month our director, Gus, spent two weeks in the Middle East visiting hospitals we recruit for. In light of the latest economic developments, it was important for us to get a feeling for the place and meet staff at hospitals for a face-to-face chat and discuss recruitment plans for 2017.

And they had good news. Most of the hospitals we recruit for have been exempted of the changes in benefits and it is business as usual. All the hospitals he visited are still recruiting or just about to start recruiting in the next couple of months; they are preparing themselves and accepting CVs in areas where there is a need.

KFSH&RC in Riyadh has no plans to slow down recruitment in 2017 and their need for ER physicians, anesthesia physicians, and senior nursing staff among others are still strong.

KFSH&RC in Jeddah is on schedule for the mega-expansion to start the new facility by the end of 2018. They are also expanding services in their current facility and looking for a number of candidates in different areas of specialty. The hospital is starting a Kidney Transplant Service and looking for the right physician to head the expansion.

HMC in Doha is looking for large number of physicians in different areas of specialty: Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Infectious Diseases and many more in management and Senior Nursing.

CCAD in Abu-Dhabi is as active in recruitment as ever, with a special need in Acute Nursing and other Allied Health personnel.

KFMC in Riyadh is looking for a number of physicians in different areas of specialty: Surgery, Radiology, Anesthesia, Oncology Hematology, Cardiac and Obs/Gyn in addition to other Allied Health personnel

KAMC in Riyadh is in need of physicians in numerous specialties: Radiology, Obs/Gyn. They also are looking for Allied Health personnel such as Respiratory Therapists, Clinical Pharmacists and Senior Nursing Staff.

We know that our work is already cut out for us in 2017 and will have a lot of challenges in meeting these hospitals' requirements. So, if you are interested in making a move to the Middle East this could be the perfect time! Please feel free to get in touch or check out our current vacancies.
