Recruitment Nurse Coordinator

Duties/Responsibilities:

The employee will:

  • Act as central nurse liaises to the recruitment team and participate in the recruitment process as required to assist with target achievement

  • Review and evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements, develop profiles.

  • Reviews all open positions on a regular basis and assesses suitability and availability of candidates on waiting list.

  • Participate in applicants to obtain level of training, job skills, salary requirements and provide information about the organization and the position.

  • Actively welcomes new staff/students to Nursing Department. And participate in the Nursing Orientation Program, Also acts as a resource for all new nursing arrivals.

  • Contributes to the achievement of clinical quality outcome indicators and patient satisfaction by ensuring suitable selection of staff and participate in performance improvement activities.

  • Participate in the promotion process of Nursing

  • Conducts performance evaluations. Provide guidance to staff towards advancement of professional growth and development.

  • Contributes to the retention of all staff to meet Nursing Department turnover rate goal. Participates in retention activities and has open door policy in respect to staff seeking assistance.

  • Collect and review the factors of turnover provided by Nursing Department and Human Resource and develop improvement plan.

  • Conducts and prepares a monthly nursing status and recruitment report.

  • Support the hospital goal in increasing the number of Saudi nurses. And contribute in developing nursing saudization program.

  • Follow all Hospital related policies and procedures.

  • Serves as a resource person for Nursing Personnel at the Hospital.

  • Travels for recruitment purposes when needed.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications Required:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required

Valid Nursing License from country of origin required

Valid Registration in Saudi Council

Preferably Master Degree in Nursing

Experience Required:

Minimum of six (6) years experience in hospital.

Good post experience in a variety of Nursing sectors with (2) years leadership experience required.

Previous experience in recruitment and administration

Other Skills:

Excellent in telephone manner

Effective and concise communicator and influencer

Likes to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal

Ability to keep/maintain good records

Good understanding of Healthcare industry regulations

Good computer skills and accurate/speedy keyboard skills

Knowledge of complaints handling/clinical investigation

Good verbal and written command of the English language
