Clinical Resource Nurse Bone Marrow Transplantation
Responsible to administering chemotherapy, blood products, a variety of medications, reviewing laboratory findings and collaborating with the medical team to assess and address goals of care.
Education / Qualification Required:
BS Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
Master of Science in Nursing Preferred
Minimum Four (4) years of clinical experience post qualification in an acute care healthcare setting
Experience as a Clinical Resource Nurse in Hematology Stem Cell Therapy practice inpatient and outpatient areas.
Experience of leading change and championing evidence-based practice

Formulates measurable performance criteria to assess nurses’ levels of competence
Facilitates the development and maintenance of continuing education programs that supports the nurses/midwifes in all specialty areas towards improvement in clinical practice.
