Executive Financial Advisor

Qualifications Required:

  • Ph.D., Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Administrative Sciences Major in Accounting or any related field.

Experience Required:

  • Nine (9) years with Ph.D., twelve (12) years with Master's Degree or fourteen (14) years with Bachelor's Degree.

  • Professional experience in the field of financial management including five (5) years of managerial/supervisory experience and in similar duties and functions in a large hospital setting or public organization is required.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support and facilitation for the Financial goals and objectives as requested by CEO.

  • Provide consultation and professional advises to CEO in terms of Financial Audit System, processes and procedures and, accordingly, provide recommendation as assigned by the CEO.

  • Develops financial strategies, ensure Goals and Objectives are linked to Strategic Financial Projects wherever possible for the assigned services/projects.

  • Provides financial advice and recommendations based on best practice and state-of-the-art development to best utilize the KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) budget/resources, as directed by the CEO.

  • Provides comprehensive knowledge of all matters pertaining to financial management/audit systems that are required in steering up the General Organization's course into future as directed by the CEO.

  • Drives decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement of the General Organization, as assigned.

  • Develops an over-all framework that guides financial management within KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) on the assigned services/areas.

  • Serves as key resource and advisor to CEO on financial management. Prepares and presents reports as directed.

  • Design relevant development programs on assigned areas as directed by CEO.

  • Assists in developing and establishing broad financial policies and objectives as assigned by CEO.

  • Provides data interpretations in terms of financial analysis to ensure optimum accuracy to achieve results.

  • Assists CEO in creating, communicating, executing, and sustaining financial initiatives within the General Organization.

  • Provides financial management information by preparing financial status analyses and reports as requested by CEO.

  • Provides comprehensive knowledge of all matters as directed by the CEO.

  • Participates in a variety of committees and projects to facilitate effective provision of financial and management accounting needs, as assigned.

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving assignments as directed. Identify key problem areas that require attention as per CEO direction.

  • Follows all related Hospital policies and procedures.

  • Participates in self and others' education, training and development, as applicable.
