Summary:
This is a unique executive vacancy for an HR Advisor at one of the most prestigious Health Systems in one of the GCC Countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia , United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait).
Education:
- Master’s Degree in the relative filed
Experience:
- At least Fifteen (15) years of experience with a preference for 5 years of consultant/advisor or leadership experience in the aforementioned fields
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- A/CHRO for generalist HR professional. But more focus on employee relations. Advisor to A/CHRO will give full support to A/CHRO in terms of new initiatives and development of the HR Department.
