HR Advisor -Workforce Planning/ Compensation
Summary:
This is a unique executive vacancy for an HR Advisor at one of the most prestigious Health Systems in one of the GCC Countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait).
Education:
- Master’s Degree in the relative filed
Experience:
- At least Fifteen (15) years of experience with a preference for 5 years of consultant/advisor or leadership experience in the aforementioned fields
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advisors/consultants will assess the hospital’s present workforce/compensation process, conduct any necessary gap analysis, develop a plan, and assist the department Executive Directors in implementing anything new.
