Physicians Requirements in Arabian Gulf Region

Qualifications and Experience criteria mandated by the hospitals we are recruiting for

Education/Qualifications Required:

 

  1. Basic medical degree from recognized institution
  2. Post-qualification certification
    • Qualification Source from: North America, Western Europe, Australia or New Zealand.  
      • USA: The American Board of Medical Specialties  (ABP)
      • Canada: Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Certificate  (FRCPS or CCF)
      • UK and Ireland: GMC/CCST Specialist Register or CESR
      • Australia and New Zealand: Fellowship from the Royal College (FRACP)
      • Western Europe: Equivalent certification to the above

Experience Post-Qualifications:

 

 

KSA 

Minimum Three (3) years after board/equivalent certification in USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand and France (DES).

Minimum Five (5) years after board/equivalent certification in Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Austria, Netherlands, Greece and France (DIS).

 

 

Qatar

Minimum Three (3) years after board/equivalent certification in USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand and France (DES) and other above listed countries.

Minimum One (1) year experience at Public/ Government Hospital or Teaching / Academic institution

*Family Medicine Physicians require 2 publications where the physician is first or second author after post qualifications. One can be a Study Case.

 

 

UAE

Procedural: Minimum Three (3) years after board/equivalent certification in USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand

Non Procedural: Minimum Two (2) years after board/equivalent certification in USA, Canada, Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand

 

License:

Current and in a Good Standing Medical License to practice from country of residence.
