Mission:

The mission of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care of the highest quality.

Vision:

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will be recognized as a pre-eminent medical center that strives to provide outstanding patient experiences, superior clinical outcomes, and improved quality of life for the people it serves in the context of fiscal and social responsibility.

Values:

"Patients First" is our reason for being and the focus of all of our activities. Our responsibility is to provide the best possible care and outcome for every patient. We strive to exceed our patients' expectations for comfort and convenience.

Model of Care:

When Cleveland Clinic welcomed its first patients of February 28, 1921, its sense of mission was clearly in place: “Better care of the sick, investigation of their problems, and further education of those who serve.” The Clinic’s four founders – Drs. George Crile, Frank Bunts, William Lower and John Phillips – set out to develop an institution in which diverse specialists would be able to “think and act as a unit.” Today, this mission remains a guiding principle for the Clinic. Like its counterpart in the Unites States, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will be a physician-led medical facility, serviced by Western-trained, North American board-certified (or equivalent) physicians.
