King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (Gen. Org.), Jeddah (KFSH&RC-J), is a 500-bed, internationally recognized tertiary healthcare facility. Originally a private hospital in the 1990s, it was purchased by the Saudi government and began public services in March 2000, thanks to King Fahad Bin Abdul Aziz.

Now one of the leading healthcare providers in the Middle East, KFSH&RC-J is expanding with a new medical city north of Jeddah, featuring over 1,000 beds, including 152 ICU beds and 30 operating rooms, along with new staff housing.
